This evening, I had the opportunity to meet with Senator Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick on behalf of The Bellerose Terrace Civic Association. Moments like this remind me why community engagement matters so much. When we take the time to sit down with our local leaders, share concerns, exchange ideas, and collaborate with intention, we help shape the kind of neighborhoods we want our families to grow up in.

I’ve always believed that real change starts at the local level. It’s where voices are heard most clearly and where solutions can be crafted with the people who live the experience every day. Meeting with the Senator reinforced that belief. Our conversation was meaningful, purposeful, and rooted in the shared goal of making our community stronger, safer, and more connected.

This is just the beginning. I’m committed to continuing this work, building partnerships, and using my voice—both professionally and personally—to help make the world a better place.
